By placing an order with Thought Provoking Clothing, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will provide a full refund if we do so.

Limited Edition Model

Each design is produced in a single run of exactly 100 units. When a design sells out, it is permanently retired. Availability is not guaranteed between browsing and checkout.

Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled by our print partner and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. Processing times are 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, and copy on this site and our products are the original work of Thought Provoking Clothing. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs in any form.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
